Aaron Studen roasts a pig for the Methow Headwaters Music Festival and Community Celebration.

Wow! A huge thank you to the 500 + Methow Valley admirers who came out and packed John Doran’s Walking D Ranch for our community festival and campaign evening.  We are continually blown away by the support we receive from all of you who care so deeply about the future of the Methow Valley and protecting its critical headwaters!

Our weekend celebration of music and community was made even better with the news that legislation to protect the Methow Headwaters took another step forward in congress. Introduced recently, Senator Cantwell’s bipartisan energy and natural resources bill supports a number of public land measures, including the Methow Headwaters. It’s another great effort by our senate champions to keep the Methow special. Read more here. Please take a moment to say thank you to Senator Cantwell and tell her why you support Methow Headwaters!

We have an upcoming campaign evening + film screening at the Patagonia Seattle store on July 20th. Please join us and get involved in helping permanently protect Methow Headwaters! More information here.

As always – we are grateful for the continued enduring support of our community. We couldn’t do this important work without you!

Sincerely,

Methow Headwaters Team
